Refunds & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products personal care (beauty), personalised products cannot be returned, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final. 

What do I do if my product arrives broken?

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of any damages so it will be easier for us to take action and either give you a refund or replace your items. 

How long will my refund take? 

It was take approximately 5-7 business days for the item amount to return back into your account. The refund will be made with the same payment information used in the original purchase. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Please email our customer service at help@blackmync.com with any requests to amend your order. However, if your order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order.
